Dear students, the govt. key is a guideline for you to follow the basic aspects while you prepare your answers and remember to execute them while writing all your exams starting from now. what is more important in our lives is not the marks, remember the lesson "A Golden
Path", if you are a student, follow them, you can be happy  and your parents will be happy.

If you have the traits of this student, try to change. If the education is not changing you, then you are not learning but growing with animal qualities to cause an irrevocable damage and loss to the society. The choice is yours....................

Abraham Lincoln’s letter to his son’s teacher

He will have to learn, I know, that all men are not just, all men are not true.
But teach him also that for every scoundrel there is a hero;
that for every selfish Politician, there is a dedicated leader…
Teach him for every enemy there is a friend,

Steer him away from envy,

if you can, teach him the secret of quiet laughter.

Let him learn early that the bullies are the easiest to lick…
Teach him, if you can, the wonder of books…
But also give him quiet time to ponder the eternal mystery of birds in the sky,
bees in the sun, and the flowers on a green hillside.

In the school teach him it is far honourable to fail than to cheat…
Teach him to have faith in his own ideas, even if everyone tells him they are wrong…
Teach him to be gentle with gentle people, and tough with the tough.

Try to give my son the strength not to follow the crowd when everyone is getting on the band wagon…
Teach him to listen to all men…
but teach him also to filter all he hears on a screen of truth,
and take only the good that comes through.

Teach him if you can, how to laugh when he is sad…
Teach him there is no shame in tears,

Teach him to scoff at cynics and to beware of too much sweetness…
Teach him to sell his brawn and brain to the highest bidders

but never to put a price-tag on his heart and soul.

Teach him to close his ears to a howling mob and to stand and fight if he thinks he’s right.
Treat him gently, but do not cuddle him, because only the test of fire makes fine steel.

Let him have the courage to be impatient…
let him have the patience to be brave.
Teach him always to have sublime faith in himself,
because then he will have sublime faith in mankind.

This is a big order,
but see what you can do…
He is such a fine little fellow,
my son!

Don't wax the children....

    The Hindu: May 20th, 2013 (Metro plus-P3)

Why  are we not able to encourage the children to bloom with their natural skills and abilities?

We wax them like the wax coated apples to appear smart. As the article suggests we need to strongly build the essential aspects of learning and thinking right from the foundation of the education, starting with Good manners(ethical values), love for the nature, Hand writing practice…, LSRW skills empowering each child with confidence, motivation and love and thirst for learning. whatever we learn at school should go hand in hand with our daily experience.

we need to give time and space to each child to grow in their own speed and ability, perhaps our educational system forbids the natural growth of the children rather it treats them like programmed bio- subjects to produce the desired results.

depression, stress, hopelessness, loneliness, failures- knocking at your door, and do you think that everything has come to an end... CHEER UP- PICK YOUR "R" AND KICK YOUR ANXIETIES, FEARS AND BITTER MEMORIES.

THIS IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LOST EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAD THOUGHT TO HAVE IN THEIR LIFE, LOVE RELATIONSHIP, MONEY WEALTH, FUTURE, SUCCESS,...

“Don’t take your life, hang on, you’ll be the winner”
The Hindu 17th March, 2013 (P10)

Think before you jump

Every time you think about suffocating yourself there are people out there who would love to wrap their arms around you and embrace you.
Anytime you think of opening the bottle of death and swallowing bitter pellets, remember there is a friend out there who wouldn’t mind sitting with you by the riverside, enjoying a beer.

The next time, someone you love dumps you in a deep hole; keep faith, not only dozens gather to pick you up, someone will jump in the dump and be with you.
Be it an examination failure, a horrid performance or a tortured family situation; we need an attitude to hang on, an attitude to fight back, an attitude to be winners.

Remember, kites rise higher against the wind. Don’t give up, because if you do, you will never know!

It’s a matter of seconds before an individual chooses to either turn a page or close the book.

…if that period is interspersed by a phone call or a friendly embrace, things might change drastically.

Basically, when all is done and dusted and when you feel life is not worthy living, there is a place to go.

… This ‘Last resort call’ would aim to calm down the person and counsel him/ her to rethink the decision.

Help is at hand.. by Sudha palit
The Hindu 17th March, 2013 (P10)

The ability to reason and look beyond will be lost when the mind is so distraught…..
But no state of mind is permanent. Thoughts and feelings keep changing, and so do situations.
And when the feeling of desperation is gone, sanity steps in.

…… Given time, the intensity of the emotion subsides and the rational side of the mind starts asserting itself.

 Need empathy…..  Dr.K.R.Antony

…. a lot of insult and humiliation and loss of honour, finance and love.

The onlooker may not think that the adverse circumstances as very significant. He sees them as part of life and advises the sufferer to “carry on, things might change.”

But the victim does not see the point. At least people under adverse circumstances see the situation unbearable and decide to switch of life.

Purpose dRiven life- Rick warren
P193

God has a purpose behind every problem. He uses circumstances to develop our character.

…. Life is a series of problems. Every time you solve one, another is waiting to take its place.
…. Every problem is a character-building opportunity.
P199
If you are facing trouble right now, don’t ask, “why me?” instead ask, “What do you want me to learn”
Then trust God and keep doing what’s right.
